You may experience difficulties getting to a clinic or hospital department. By seeing you in your own environment your physiotherapist will be able to assess the problems you are experiencing with everyday activities e.g. walking, getting up from a chair or getting in and out of bed.
Physiotherapy-at-Home is a service for people with neurological and rehabilitation needs.
Also available for post-operative therapy and elderly care.
An initial telephone call will determine whether Physiotherapy-at-Home is the most appropriate treatment path to follow and advice may be given to the most relevant specialist.

Appointments may be arranged through your GP or Consultant or you can contact us direct.
Telephone 01252 321207. If no one is available to take your call please leave a message and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
The physiotherapist will assess and analyse the physical problems taking into account the patient's personal circumstances and environment. Each programme of treatment is adapted to individual needs and lifestyle.
The treatment may consist of a single episode of assessment and advice, a course of several sessions, intermittent reviews or regular maintenance therapy. This is all dependant on agreement and consent between the therapist and the patient.

Physiotherapy-at-Home can provide assessments and treatment in the comfort of your own home, residential or nursing home.
